Blue Scooter

I just finished a week long workshop with Carol Marine in the city. It was fantastic and I can't believe how fast the time went :(. Here is one I finished today. We went out a couple of afternoons and took photos for subject matter... I think I shot this scooter 20 times from 20 different angles. Scooters are all over the city. Just when I got to know the parking attendant and the young woman behind the cafe counter, I am saying good-bye. There will be next year, of course. 6x6 oil on panel. It is currently being used for a show with school children.

This is a recent commission of a dear pet who provided a lot of laughs and cheer during his life. He had a short life but with lasting effects. This is for Parie's family. 6x8 acrylic on cradled panel.
