My friend Birgit used to live in a hundred year old house. I loved the interior. I have been lucky enough for her to occasionally pass on photographs that I have used as reference material. This is one of those shots!

This image caught my eye when I was perusing the Paint My Photo site. I think my challenge here was to keep the facial features from being exaggerated. I have to remember to back up and observe what I am doing.
