Doggie Boy

Yesterday, my friend and I went to see the "Girl with a Pearl Earring" at the DeYoung Museum. It was a great show. Afterwards we went walking around the city to take photos for painting references. I could not resist this guy who was waiting outside of Walgreen's for his Dad. Such a good boy and poser! It is my entry for the monochromatic challenge on the DPW site. 6x6 acrylic on Aquabord. SOLD

    This is brilliant. It screams sunshine and shadows and I see bright colors even though it is monochromatic. Amazing!
