Its day 25 and  I have survived. I had to say that since it rhymes. Okay, I am taking liberties. This is from an image I got at Wet Canvas. 6x6 acrylic on gessobord. Sold.

  1. You are so good at animals - you could make a fortune setting up shop in NYC. The pet owners there spend a fortune getting their little darlings captured in paint.i have a friend who pulled in 200,000 last year and she is nowhere near as good as you, Kaethe.
Ooops, hope she doesn't blog and see this!

    1. You are so funny Julie. Where in NYC? Just kidding. I do love doing animals, I guess because I love them.

  2. Again, so much feeling in this, and I love the composition! Sort of reminds me of Cassatt.

    1. I love Cassatt! Did you notice I did a 6x6 not a 4x4? Thanks for commenting Carol!

    1. I did get it from the Wet canvas image library, which is what you are talking about? Right?

  5. Kaethe, this is just stunning. You have maintained such a very high level of quality throughout the challenge and you still manage to outdo yourself!! I also love today's kitten! As a follow up to Julie's comment - maybe you could set up in Beverley Hills as it would be closer! You really do have some serious talent there!

    1. So nice of you to say Wendy. It is an interesting process to post and get such nice feedback. After I finish any work its hard for me to look at. I can see I am far from where I want to be.
